Who we are

We are an association established in 1998 registered under the society Act of India. We are working for the welfare of the employees under minority schools in Tamilnadu where there are a number of minority institutions established by the catholic church. We work for the rights of the employees of such institutions. The employees are suppressed by means of many atrocities. Also the children studying in the schools are suffering much because of the atrocities of the management. Demanding our rightsWe give assistance to the employees to come out of their troubles. The members of our association are either working in the minority schools or retired from minority schools. We look forward to seeing a world which should follow justice. Until we get justice we cannot stop our steps. We strongly believe that one day the minority managements will respect teachers and government orders.

JusticeWhy the name AVE MARIA?
This name is the acronym of the association.
Most of the Catholic Schools are making problems with the teachers and other employees working in the schools under their management. The problem makers are catholic priests or catholic nuns or any kind of catholic community who manage schools. Most of the affected teachers are also catholics (very few people are belonging to other religion). The affected employees wanted to give a thought-provoking name for the association so that the catholic bishops and priests could atleast think and lead the schools in the right path with humanist principles.

What is the full name of the association?
The full name of this association is  ASSOCIATION OF VETERAN EMPLOYEES OF MINORITY ACADEMIC RECOGNIZED INSTITUTIONS OF ALL KIND.
