இசக்கி பகல் கொள்ளை அடிக்கிறார்.

ஆவே மரியா சங்கம் செஸ் பிடித்தத்தை எதிர்த்து ரிட் மனு 8014/99 நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்தது. 10.04.2003ல் நீதிமன்றம் பிற்ப்பித்த் ஆணையில் கீழ்கண்டவாறு குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. பள்ளி மேலாளர், தான் பிடித்தம் செய்யும் தொகை எவ்வாறு செலவிடப்படுகிறது என்பதை எதிர் மனுவில கீழ்கண்டவாறு கூறியுள்ளார். அதில் ஓய்வு பெறும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் அரை சதவீத பிடித்தத்தில் அன்பளிப்பு கொடுப்பதாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இதை ஆவே மரியாவும் மறக்கவில்லை ஆசிரியர்களும் மறக்கவில்லை. இதை எல்லாம் நாம் மறந்து விட்டதாக எண்ணி இசக்கி பிஷப் இவான் அம்புரோஸ் அனுமதியுடன் ஒவ்வோரு ஆசிரியரிடமுமிருந்து ரூபாய் 200 வீதம் 3 மாதங்கள் பிடித்தம் செய்ய ஆணை இட்டுள்ளார். அதாவது பகல் கோள்ளை அடிக்கிறார். ஆசிரியர்களே உஷார். ரூபாய் 600.00 வீதம் பிரித்தால் குறைந்த பட்சம் 12 லட்சம் தேரும். கொள்ளையோ கொள்ளை.

7. It is submitted that quite a lot of activities are being carried on by the Diocesan Association for achieving academic excellence in the studies and all round development of the student community. There are regular conferences and refresher courses etc., which are conducted for updating the knowledge of the teachers so as to keep them in the mainstream of education. The Association also interacts with the educational authorities so as to quicken the process of properly extending all the benefits available to the teachers and if need be the Association also legally fights for the cause. The Association also runs on the house monthly magazine namely “Kalvi Chiethi Madal” where by all the Govt. orders, Educational guidelines, the rules and regulations and matters of importance concerning the Schools are brought out. It is submitted that the children of staff who obtain meritorious marks in the S.S.L.C. and plus 2 examinations are given monetary incentives. Further, whenever a teachers (Sic) retires, a farewell function is held by all the staff and the retiring teacher is bestowed with usual gifts apart from a purse of Rs. 10,000/- . If any teacher happens to expire in harness a solarium of Rs. 10,000/- is paid to the family of the deceased person.

8. It is submitted that to mete (Sic) out the above expenses and also to defray the costs of administration of all the Diocesan Schools falling within the jurisdictions the teachers contribute half percent of their salary after the statutory deductions.”

ஆசிரியார்களை இந்த இசக்கி டிஸ்மிஸ் செய்துவிடுவேன் ச்ஸ்பெண்ட் பண்ணிவிடுவேன் என்று மிரட்டி வருகிறார். அதெல்லாம் ஒரு புண்ணாக்கும் செய்ய முடியாது. சட்டம் நமது கையில். மைனாரிட்டி உரிமையையே 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை FCRA நம்பரைப்போல புதுதுப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என்று அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இதை ஏன் கல்வி சுற்று மடலில் வெளியிடவில்லை? இந்த அரசு ஆணை எண் 214 நாள் 03.11.2008ஐ எதிர்த்து Tamilnadu Catholic Educational council ரிட் மனு 16967/2009 தாக்கல் செய்து, அரசு எதிர் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யாததால், தடை ஆணை பெற்றுள்ளது. அரசின் மெத்தன போக்கால்தான் இசக்கி ஆட்டம் போடுகிறார். இவ்வழக்கில் ஆவே மரியாவும் ரோமன் கத்தோலிக்க டயசிஸ் ஆஃப் தூத்துக்குடியும் implead ஆகுவதற்கு நடவடிக்க்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

மேலும் திருச்சியை சேர்ந்த நமது இயக்க உறுப்பினர்கள் டாக்டர் ஜேசுதாஸ், திரு. லாரன்ஸ் மரிய அந்துவான், திரு. டேனியல் ராஜ், திரு. பன்னீர் செல்வம் மற்றும் திரு. லாரன்ஸ் ஜெயராஜ் ஆகியோர் ஏற்கனவே இம்ப்ளீடிங் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துவிட்டனர் என்பது மகிழ்ச்சியான ஒரு விஷயமாகும். அரசை ஏமாற்றலாம். நமது இயக்கங்களை இசக்கி ஏமாற்ற முடியாது. இசக்கி, தான் ஒரு ஆசிரியரிடம்தான் கல்வி கற்றார் என்பதை மறந்து ஏதோ வானத்தில் இருந்து நேரடியாக குதித்தவர்போல துள்ளாட்டம் போடுகிறார். தான் பாதிரியாராக ஆகுமுன்னால் எப்படி இருந்தார் என்பதை மறந்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு எதிராக செயல்படுகிறார். இவருக்கு அனுமதி கொடுப்பதற்கு நமது மறை மாவட்டத்தில் ஒரு பிஷப் வேறு!!! வெட்கம்!! கிறிஸ்தவ மதத்தையே நாசம் செய்துவிட்டார்கள். தூத்துக்குடி மறைமாவட்ட பிஷப் இவான்தான் இந்த நாச வேலைக்கு பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும். இவருடைய செருக்கு, ஆங்காரம், ஆணவம், மமதை, சின்னத்தனம், சுயநலம், அறியாமை அனைத்தும்தான் சீரழிவுக்கு காரணம்.

அப்பப்பா! என்னா பொய்! வெள்ளை அங்கி போட்டு பூசை, பிரசங்கம் வைக்கவேண்டிய குருக்கள் கருப்பு அங்கி போட்டு கோர்ட்டுல பச்ச பச்சயா பொய் சொன்னா கிறிஸ்தவம் எங்க வளரும்!!!! கேவலம்!!!

இதுல நாலு சிஸ்டர் வேற. கோயிலில் இருப்பதற்குப்பதில் கருப்பு அங்கி போட்டுட்டு கோர்டுல காத்துக்கிடந்து பொய் சொல்றாங்க!!!!

Maladministration and misappropriation of funds are very normal in Tiruchirapalli Diocese. Also suppressing the inncent people by power and money are very common in the Tiruchirappalli Roman Catholic Diocese. Here are some documents. It seems that whoever asks questions are punished by the Tiruchirappalli Roman Catholic Diocese. It is a pity that jusrtice cannot be established in this diocese. The following documents show how Dr. Jesudoss and his like-minded people are trying to attain justice from the Diocese of Tiruchirapalli. Dr. Jesudoss cannot attain justice. But he is resoluted to attain justice. The government is reluctant to take action against the Bishops and priests. Because the Government believes that Catholic Christian Bishops and priests are angels. It does not know that only a few priests are practising real catholic principles. But they are put in the dust-bin of the Bishops. Government and other communities are respecting the catholic bishops and priests. But they do not deserve it. If the faithful are silent on seeing the illegalities and criminal activities of the clergies, there will be chaos in the Catholic communities. Because, as per the Christian Principles, keeping silence on seeing injustice is also a sin. Hence the faithful are entitled to find solutions to the problems.
